Ok, I'm completely overwhelmed and it's only 9am. With the mothership dumping our California office for cheaper Ohio land, and more and more people leaving before the ship completely sinks I'm left with more and more work every single day that I get here. Today I could nearly not find my desk. My chair was covered with work as well. What gives people? My boss is gone for a month so I'm left with not only my work, her work and managing the group, but now all -this- shit as well.

I need a raise. A big, big one. Fuck, even my normal paycheck would be nice if I could just get it on time.
